Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days after purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item. To be able to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
