Terms and conditions

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than

14 days after purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item.

To be able to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Order fulfillment

All orders duly filled and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from

only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday.

Delivery time

Delivery times are affected by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipping is approximately expected within 3-5 days of the order depending on availability.

Delivery conditions

Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to Moonlight srl by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Moonlight srl will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Moonlight srl at the Customer's expense. In this case, Moonlight srl will be responsible for deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.

Customized products
Personalized products are not subject to exchanges therefore any purchased and personalized product will not be refunded or exchanged.
Otherwise, if the product shows defects or damaged parts, it will be the concern of our customer care where careful evaluation will decide whether to replace or refund the product.

Since these are products in the "FRAGILE" category, the customer is always asked to check the packaging of the package both at the time of delivery and in a possible return. In the event of packaging not supplied correctly and damage, the order will not be changed or refunded.
